Marketing on a budget
Hi everyone!
So i'm not ashamed to say that I am stuck at a crossroads when it comes to marketing and getting the attention of motivated sellers. I know that testing certain methods and waiting on the results to give validity can take patience and maybe thats what i'm lacking.
I've posted an ad on craigslist, My fiancé/business partner and I have posted bandit signs, and it may sound silly but i've even posted on my Facebook page asking people to share my post of me trying to market for motivated sellers and let them know that we will buy their homes. What are some other forms of marketing that work? Especially when you're a new investor with small funds...at least until the deals start to come through and we have bigger budgets for marketing. Thanks in advance for anyone who tries to help or give advice.

If you have no money then I would go doorknocking and driving for dollars. I didn’t have any money either when I started. So I knocked the foreclosure list. I also drove through neighborhoods to find dilapidated houses. Then I would knock on their doors.
