Also found out that there were roof deterioration, brick damage on the outside of the home and tile floor damage in a bathroom.

This year I need to redo the roofing, few years ago needed new HVAC.

At the least, the major components, roof, foundation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC will be inspected.

For example: Does it have a new roof, new HVAC, updated  plumbing and electric etc?
