Was wondering if anyone else saw this awesome Market Analysis written by Dave Meyer. Very interesting to see all of the close markets to Columbus that are getting great Cash on Cash Return. With markets like:

- Dayton

- Youngstown

- Cleveland

- Buffalo

- Pittsburgh

I’m interested to see if anyone in the Columbus area has experience/ expertise in working/ investing in these other markets like Dayton or Youngstown? Being from Pittsburgh, I was able to see a lot of hot neighborhoods shoot up in value like Lawrenceville and have an eye on a few more that I think could be big on cash flow surrounding the city. I also think Cleveland is interesting with the young working professional population and set for cash flow. Look forward to hearing more thoughts on this, Feel free to weigh in below!!
