Out-Of-State Home Inspection Advice

Steven Reveles
Posted

Hi everyone,

I am from Santa Barbara, Ca and I am looking to invest out-of-state for my first property and need some advice. I have found a duplex that I am interested in but I know it needs some work but not sure how much. My question to everyone is how do I go about getting the house screened so I know exactly what needs to be done on the rehab? Do I use the PM? Hire an inspector?

Any advice would be extremely helpful.

Regards,

Steven Reveles
