There it was, somewhere around 3-5 AM, I'm the only person awake in the house, and I'm sitting there playing video games on my computer when I hear small pieces of it coming from the television on the other side of the room.

I was following some steps from podcast and youtube video on how to set this list up and got down through the criteria all the way to "last market sale date" before i entered the suggested range for last market sale date, I had 6,166 addresses.

And over the past year and a half i have done countless reasearch, watching videos, and reading books ok real estate.
