I think the house flows really well in person (open floorplan, high ceilings, large house with spacious room sizes) and you just can’t represent that in 2-D photosI’m honestly not sure how to do a video or 3D virtual walk-through or whatever, I haven’t looked into it and have no idea how much it costs.

Has anyone tried using AI to turn property photos into short video clips?

Although you might be able to get away with it for a while, all it would take is for a neighbor to call in and you could get shut down or fined.

My market is only 2.5hrs from NYC so many people come here for a weekend getaway in the mountains and lakes.

As you go farther out in the suburbs to places like Sherman, Weatherford, Cleburne or Terrell you might could get away with putting less into the deal.

We also tell them that we charge $25 per hole for TV mounts, shelves etc I think that $10 up-front investment has reduced the number of issues by probably 80%.Our walls are textured (sand textured in Milwaukee, orange peel textured in the western suburbs - yes, there is an actual dividing line), so we try to avoid the usual palm-sized patch and fill only the hole without making it bigger, so we can get away without texturing.
