My wife and I look at a few different things: - Location - City growth (are people moving there, is a big company settling there)- Costs of the property vs. the rental income - Appreciation vs. cash flow (which is sometimes dependent on the city)I'm curious to hear what others have to say!

I started a real estate investing company a few years ago but don’t have the capital to buy my house on my own.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

On one side the companies appears stronger, due to labor cost cutting, so equity investors appreciate the companies improvement on the quarterly reports, which supports investors desiring to invest more in other business, which improves the economy.

I’m sure it’s not 100%  but I’d be happy if it’s a legit company and not a scam.  

In my experience, people paying 2-3X LTR rates are well off or only there for work and the stay is paid for by the company.

If I buy deals which are mediocre today, I doubt I regret them in 10-20 years if I hold.You're investing, some people here are trading.

I hope to join a team/company that the broker helps me as my team leader does, but only with one layer of commission cut, not two layers.BTW, I am part-time.

Is there a company that gives coverage for property , landlord , and umbrella as a bundle or separately?
