First rental - Property/landlord/umbrella Insurance

I am planning on renting my first property and I am wondering if property insurance is separate from landlord insurance? Also, does landlord insurance provide enough coverage or is an umbrella needed? Is there a company that gives coverage for property , landlord , and umbrella as a bundle or separately?  I am located in Texas.
