Have had several inquiries on AirBnb to rent for greater than 30/60 days.
Looking for some advice on potential tenants that want to rent our airbnb for 30/60 days. I would require a signed lease from them as well as a security deposit. I know AirBnb does not allow links sent via messages. Looking for anyone that has had experience and any advice or lessons learned. I have heard of people staying long term then cancelling their booking consequently resulting in a blocked calendar and no pay. Thank you in advance.

I have booked the first 30 days through Airbnb, and then if everyone is happy, switch them over to direct booking (if you offer that). Then, they save money and you gain some control.
