What are you looking for?

Simple question, what are you looking for in a city to invest in?

Is it the potential growth an area is facing? The cash flow on hand when you buy? Your backyard?

I am curious to know what YOU are looking for in an area to invest in!

Hi Sam!

Great question, and I'm sure this will get a lot of different responses, which will be great.

My wife and I look at a few different things:

- Location

- City growth (are people moving there, is a big company settling there)

- Costs of the property vs. the rental income

- Appreciation vs. cash flow (which is sometimes dependent on the city)

I'm curious to hear what others have to say!
