I can't not find the original information I found on this to find more details, but I recent came across someone that is buying a good amount of  these properties and thought there might be a chance for me to get in with them and learn more about this acquisition process. 

Where would be the best place to get access to this type of information?

I have done a fair amount of research already on the topic here on BP but nothing contained the information regarding the above sale avenues. 

You'll have to play detective for a bit to figure out your local system, but the information is there.

I believe you can get some solid information here on BP, just a word of caution, in taking what you see posted on here 100% truthful or legit.

I am looking for information on new construction of quads and cash flow. 

Aside from simple diversification, I'm excited about the other positives about the RE asset class specifically, and I'm just soaking up information, looking to learn and network with people in general here on BP and specifically here in the SD market.
