Also just add a little more detail to your list And you will have a detailed scopE of work, which you will Want to give to each contractor, and make sure it’s identical so they price exactly the same job, that way you can literally compare apples to apples when they give you the prices back. 

Zillow isn't accurate anyway, but especially not when comparing apples to oranges.

I'm sure there are management apps that can handle this type of thing but this is my only rental unit so I'm not sure it would be worth the cost of paying for an app for one unit.
