I’m renting out my first property which is remote. Is anyone familiar with a service of how to get someone to rent out your property that is cheaper than 1 month rent?

@Christopher Bell. If you buy In area you cannot service yourself you should just plan on paying the fee. Tenant placement is the most crucial part of the landlording. Process. shortcuts here lead to long term headaches
