Account Closed I have a strong background in Real Estate and know that the idea of what they teach at the seminars is very possible.

My videos, and podcasts, (which I did for free) would still be there.What have YOU contributed to this industry other than bile and nonsensical arguments based upon my professional choice to take my skill set and train others whom you have no compulsion to help.If you don't like "gurus" or mentors teaching people via the "Internets" then may I respectfully suggest that you either teach others what you know...

I've always been fascinated with Donald Trump and Warren Buffett by the way.With that being said, I have been trying to get something done in these 4 years that have passed but can't find someone local to either teach me and split first few deals,  and the wholesaler in my area said I can't make it on my own and she wants me to work "for her."

Maybe to display just the picture and price with a "call/email me for more info" style tab?

Recently, I've started helping local businesses to manage their online reputation and reach today's mobile customers.In addition, I teach an online course while working on my next real estate deals.Ultimately, I want to own a portfolio of commercial and some residential real estate.

I don't have an MBA but have several friends and colleagues  who teach in a well regarded MBA program. 

It is an older 3 story building on a street with bungalow style SFRs with porches.

Dreams of savings down the road go away when they factor in the additional mortgage cost created by that extra upfront cost.When I was still building in Northern Idaho and put in energy efficient devices advertising them was a negative and several asked if I would take out the non traditional high efficiency tankless hot water heating system.I build to green certification standards but I am  not willing to pay the inspector for certifying them green especially since he had to approve the plans for the homes to be built.I wish you much luck and support your intent but the reality, at least in my experience, is people are willing to talk about being green but won't pay extra or go out of there way to be green if there is even the slightest hindrance to their life style.
