With older homes and lead paint it is important to attend to peeling interior paint for kids who might chew on it.Checking alarms.Checking dryer vents, replacing plastic with metal.What else?

I am not going to explain it at all,,,hoping they never figure out how they tip so they dont forget to open a bit before pulling.

However, what tipped the scales for me was a statistic I heard about the percentage of new small businesses that are funded via the ROBS transaction.

No matter what type of architecture, or exterior finish, many times updating with energy efficient doors, windows, new trim, and paint will do wonders.As for the maintenance of stucco, IF IT'S APPLIED CORRECTLY, and you have good gutters, etc. on the house, you shouldn't be having problems with mold.
