fha financing
My wife purchased a house prior to our marriage which is an FHA loan. The mortgage is not in my name and does not show up on my CR. Our relationship is on the rocks so I will be moving out in a couple weeks however we do not want to file for a divorce at this time. Am I able to qualify for and FHA loan on my own? If yes, will my income need to be able to qualify for two mortgage payments (house in wife's name & new house)? I reside in Arizona if that matters. Thanks for any help or tips!!
