@Austin Sanders Someone coulda' left a window open, setting temp to 78 is a good idea when not there.

We're just adding a kitchen, closing off a hallway, and changing an entrance to a bathroom.

The idea is go 50/50 on the down payment and any improvements to the property (likely kitchen and bath upgrades).

Open floor plan, with large windows and deck (w/ hot tub)Property to be ready in 8 months and at that time finance the same with my lender.Please advice.

Jim, Haha D4D is rather time consuming I would say I spent about 6 hours the other day and got what I call "LEADS" haha but I would say out of the 200 or so leads there's 8 potential gems you know.... the ones with boards on the windows and tarp on the roof kind of ones.

We just put new floor into the kitchen and bathrooms, new vanity sets and cabinets, also the kitchen appliences are 6 months old...i just wonder if prices could decline because it is an absolute hot sellers market right now...

We also plan to replace carpets, add A/C, and remodel the kitchen at some point.
