I currently have no information on the house other than what is publicly available.I am going to be reaching out to the current occupants this week to try and find out if they plan to stay, and possibly find out how the interior looks.The law firm that handles this sale insists that we should be able to find insurance, but I have yet to talk to any agents that have any idea how to do this.Thank you for your help!

Rehab Completed:- Replaced Electrical Box; Upgrade Service Ampage; Replaced panel; Added a subpanel- Painted entire interior of home and exterior of front of home- Replaced entire kitchen upstairs- Removed drop ceiling upstairs (looked terrible) & replaced with false ceiling/drywall- Replaced 4 windows - Added laminate flooring in basement- Replaced molding in first unit- All other little things that come along with rehab--outlets, light fixtures, shower heads, etc.

They are often occupied still, so you are buying without seeing the interior and you’ll be responsible for evicting the occupants or giving them cash for keys to incentivize them to move out.

If there is water infiltration in the basement through walls or the floor, you will need to figure out a way to waterproof (may have to rip up the old floor slab and pour a new one, put in interior French drains and drainage mats on the wall, etc).

And after closing there was a little bit of snafu because we originally thought 3 interior walls which were just partition walls.
