While Doctor B was not as good as Doctor A, the article found that Doctor A was more likely to be sued for making a mistake and that Doctor B hardly ever go sued.I think the conclusion is that if you treat people right, people will understand your mistake and see you as a human being, less likely to sue you.So I followed that mentality with my property management.
