If anyone can recommend any firms that are great for starting out and any advice on how to transition from working full time to part time real estate and then to full time agent that would be amazing.  

Eventually I'll probably want to be mostly passive but it's hard to get good at something and not enjoy it :)Anyway, if you're a frequent poster here chances are I've already read a good number of your posts so....THANK YOU for being an amazing resource for me already as I explore this exciting corner of investing!

I truly did not anticipate the feeling of satisfaction of helping a neighborhood be revitalized and of a new family getting an amazing home that is beautiful!

I'm confused cause I remember trying to "return to sender" mail addressed "to home owner/current resident" and the mail man/woman telling me 'sorry, it's valid' so I'd take that as addressing it to the correct owner as even more valid thus also unable to "return to sender". 

This newly updated version is amazing.

Sure, there's some skills and strategies to employ after studying the fundamentals, but you'd be amazed at how many people get rich who just take action every day and learn to love the process. 

As a woman, it doesn't really bother me...
