As far as regular interviews, I took a LOT of notes on show 64 if you want a suggestion for a "regular" show.Basically what I did is I went through the titles of all the podcasts, and then bookmarked the ones that looked most interesting/most pertained to me.  

From your posts I have read it sounds like you have a great handle on the finer points real estate, marketing, people interaction, etc...

I regularly make changes to my contracts, as I feel very comfortable with contract law.

Unfortunately, my time is well consumed by work 6 days a week on the regular.  

After 6 months has expired you can't use the DF guidelines, but can still do the cashout under regular Fannie guidelines for up to your 4th property.

I know some people that regularly buy at 50% or less of ARV and put about another 20% into the rehab.

You see I work a regular Monday through Friday 9-5 making very little money and now is the time for me to make moves.

I ran into an issue, trying to find a company for "Ground soil treatment" before pouring concrete ....so far I was not lucky with regular fumigation companies from craigslist, they don't do give the certificate needed  for the inspector, any leads?
