Ground soil treatments before pouring concrete

I am building a small extension down here in Miami, for a rental house I have.

Construction is going great (I am my own general contractor) . I ran into an issue, trying to find a company for "Ground soil treatment" before pouring concrete ....so far I was not lucky with regular fumigation companies from craigslist, they don't do give the certificate needed  for the inspector, any leads?
