(quite literally I got two of my oldest kids to move out by reducing the internet to the lowest I could stand)  Arguments against Premium and have any of you had a positive experience with an internet signal booster? 

The best thing for me is that REI is a place where the little guy can push himself up off his knees and stand up.

After years of standing on the sideline and wanting to get into REI I've finally decided it is time to bite the bullet and stop being an observer and start being a player, and I am so excited to get started.

It got a standing O and was widely acclaimed as a great presentation.

I know Appfolio, Rentmanager, and Buildium all provide marketing/leasing tools but I don't think it would be a stand alone product. 

But try to add one feature that makes yours stand out.

like right now I am building 3 homes on a 4k sq ft lot and the city wanted 4 homes 2 attached townhouses and one free standing.. and that was a fight to prove that 4 just would not work..  

I’m an 18 year old wholesaler with a team of builders on stand by for any build necessary as well as a piece of land.

But you will stand out amongst the crowd if you understand how to underwrite a deal, and you are able to send real deals to your clients.
