Need advice on finding investors

I’m an 18 year old wholesaler with a team of builders on stand by for any build necessary as well as a piece of land. I am still stuck on finding investors.

Are the place I should be going more so then others? Please help!

you can put an ad out for an investment property, and investors will start asking you for details about it, just tell them you already sold it but you will have more in the future.

When you see those big dumpsters in front yards, it’s most likely a house flipper, so look at the permit which should be on the front door and it should say their name.

Attend REIA meeting and RE clubs.
