I learned about real estate investing from Grant Cardone's podcasts and have read several books since then, including Rich Dad Poor Dad, the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide, The E-Myth Revisited, and The 4 Hour Workweek.  

As a beginner, I'd like to focus more on cash flowing properties (multi-family) and potentially look more into flipping.
