Hi, my name is Orlando Ancheta and brand new to REI...I'm currently trying to read and listen to as many books and podcasts as I can to educate myself... as of right now, I see myself going the Buy and Hold route but I'm also intrigued by flipping houses.... got many goals, but my short term goals include buying one or two properties by the end of this year and to continue to educate myself about this new world I'm stepping into.
