Thanks Guys, it is already 5 units and zoned commercial.this is the home, please don't scoop me 535 Canon Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829https://property.spatialest.co...Otherwise I was on my way to the bank, but it wont qualify for a VA loan.I was thinking about their SBA loan but im not sure it qualifies for that either since its "An Investment Property".So I probably need some sort of loan I don't know about for investment property's. i guess "Local Bank Financing" but what type of bank?

I would have a hard time imagining a tenant wanting to take a patio and cover with them, especially since it would probably be destroyed when removing it.

When I got new flooring in my living room, I was given an estimate that included an amount that the insurance company was willing to pay for the cost of the new flooring so that I was able to pick out a flooring that met the cost requirements, but now the repair company wont provide me any information about anything and keep dodging my questions about it.What should I do?

@Jaafar MirlohiTo be frank, VA loans have many specifics that I wont cover here because of borrower and county specifics but an overview is provided below.You can use the VA loan as many times are you'd like as long as you are within your entitlement limits which are dictated by your DD214 (discharge papers).

I do the things I have comfort levels with , and I Hire contractors, and observe and learn .I'm building a shop right now for my tools and work trucks , hired a concrete contractor he has shown me so much stuff I didn't even think about, I am very glad I hired him.I though well, frame it up and pour, he shows up with lazer levels, puts a lip on it so water wont enter my building, bevels doorways, wire and shale , visqueen , , under concrete so it wont sweat, gas powered finishersThat's the best money I have spent in a long time.
