Thanks Guys, it is already 5 units and zoned commercial.this is the home, please don't scoop me 535 Canon Ave, Manitou Springs, CO 80829https://property.spatialest.co...Otherwise I was on my way to the bank, but it wont qualify for a VA loan.I was thinking about their SBA loan but im not sure it qualifies for that either since its "An Investment Property".So I probably need some sort of loan I don't know about for investment property's. i guess "Local Bank Financing" but what type of bank?

My contractor wont provide an estimate for work
7 April 2020 | 0 replies
When I got new flooring in my living room, I was given an estimate that included an amount that the insurance company was willing to pay for the cost of the new flooring so that I was able to pick out a flooring that met the cost requirements, but now the repair company wont provide me any information about anything and keep dodging my questions about it.What should I do?

I do the things I have comfort levels with , and I Hire contractors, and observe and learn .I'm building a shop right now for my tools and work trucks , hired a concrete contractor he has shown me so much stuff I didn't even think about, I am very glad I hired him.I though well, frame it up and pour, he shows up with lazer levels, puts a lip on it so water wont enter my building, bevels doorways, wire and shale , visqueen , , under concrete so it wont sweat, gas powered finishersThat's the best money I have spent in a long time.
