Any tips and advice SO appreciated!

I am surrounded by short term rental houses and just wondered if there are any good resources or tips for people doing outdoor rentals.

There's no tricks or secrets to this regard.

Side note on that is the realtor did mention it could be used as a "Weekly Rental" so the fact there doesn't seem to be any STRs on that island currently I don't believe negates the opportunity to do so.Thanks again for the tips!

Some tips would be to have a contingency plan.

If I establish a lending entity to lend to my rentals properties, will this do the trick? 

I know Deal Machine has a Chrome extension to Virtually Drive but this does not track your routes.If not, what tricks have you found to efficiently track these routes driven?

Another tip that I was taught very early on in my career was to pay early and often if possible.
