Need partnering advise
I have a sweet deal but no money to do it. So logically the next step is to find a money partner right?. What are some things to consider? What is a fair split? Is there definite tells of a bad partner? Obviously the deal doesn't happen without the money, but the money doesn't grow without the deal. For context, its around $225k-$250k in the Midwest.
