Chicago land Multi-Family investment property's

Hi BP, 

I am licensed agent working with some out of state real-estate investors looking to invest in the Chicago land area. We are looking for multifamily buildings between 3-10 units. Has anyone on here had any success finding deals in this area recently? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated
