Accountants are in such demand, that the best are not even accepting clients half the time.The other problem I see often with accountants on here is that they specialize in larger investors, and have really high prices when you as a smaller investor do not need all the bells and whistles.Another thing I see is folks thinking they need to have a tax professional in their state.

Chuo line is very long, but if it were a "good" station, you could most definitely find someone who would want to live there.I actually think that the lower end, affordable housing market near central Tokyo has strong demand because of the economics and lifestyle here.But I would make sure the math works right from the start.

You probably shouldn't be wholesaling unless you are partenred with someone who trully knows what they are doing, otherwise you are just messing with people's (sellers) lives.

My primary acquisition strategy is seller finance/"sub to" and exit strategy will be focused on a combination of mid term furnished corporate/traveling clinician rentals and corporate/insurance mid-term rentals.
