It's like a residential broker that is a friend of mine that has been doing loans for almost 20 years says " On the residential investor 50,000 loans the deal is so small I will only make about 250 bucks on it" so he only does those deals when nothing else is happening.

Personally, i usually change all the water valves in a house when i buy it to prevent future problems, so I would rather spend a few more bucks for a better valve.
