More ways to sell house?
Ok I placed out maybe 70 signs out over the weekend to sell a house that needs a lot of work. They were the homemade looking kind that said "OWNER FINANCING, No Bank-Must Sell" To the most part code enforcement have pulled them all up already. I had some code guys call. There were two violation placed on the door of the house today because of my signs. Yesterday I had one guy call acting like an investor then he started asking for my name, I said Joel, he then wanted my last name which I didn't give. I hung up and he called right back wanting my last name I hung up again and blocked his number.
I have the house on Craiglist but no calls since the signs have been removed. What's some other ways to sell houses in this area?

Start putting up signs with all your competitors phone numbers. When they start getting violations and fines, you'll be the only one left selling houses and all the buyers will come to you... :)
