Do you tell sellers you're buying their house, even though you have no intention on actually closing?

Once another property has been found/closed on, ill lease option this one out and move on.

I bought a house just over a year ago with the sole intention of living in it for a year and then buying another house to live in. 

That said, I don't make offers with the intent of leveraging a signed contract into a better deal.  

What would be relevant is the tenant being convicted of a possession with intent to distribute charge.

I moved out with the intention of renting it.

Yeah my intention behind raising the question was to get some ideas on the best way to get toward that goal, then try to reverse engineer the steps from there. 

My idea is to buy land in a place , first with reasonable costs (doesnt need to be waterfront), but also an area where building costs are very high since ill be bringing in my own guys to help me with the build and we will live on site for 4-6 months.
