New Investor Introduction

Good day BP Team,

My name is Isaac and I've recently begun investing in Real Estate after many years of Day Dreaming about just that.  I'm learning as much as possible as fast as possible so I can scale quickly, since I'm getting a late start in this game.  I'm in my 40s and recently retired from the US Army.

Currently working on a 5-10 year plan to build a portfolio of SFH and MFHs. I'm super interested in Off-Market and Creative financing to help get the ball rolling and be able to work the larger MFH deals. I appreciate all of the work you all do to help beginners and I hope to give back one day, once I'm a more seasoned investor.

BTW. I love houses and Real Estate and could check out the MLS every days and waste way too much time. Now I'm all about learning how to analyze deals and really narrow it down. I'm excited to get started and am always open to your thoughts and suggestions.
