but usually need well and septic.. its a very hidden gem that area..  

If you are buying a turnkey property, aside from inspecting with a microscope, assume double the maintenance percentage the first year - turnkey properties are not going to be paragons of quality rehab, and the hidden problems will kill your ROI.All the time for now, but I'll be back.

I have my lockbox hidden on site with a backup key (for each)if I need it.In some cases, I’ve actually gone so far as to removed the cylinder out of the non-locking knob.
