@Account Closed Congrats! Make sure to give all of the info in your post to get it "voted up". Some things to include are 

1) How you bought it.. with financing? Cash?

2) how you found it

3) How much the property is worth after renovations

4) How much can you get for rent now

ETC... Good luck man!
