Philadelphia rental license
Hi, I'm trying to renew my rental license for a Philadelphia duplex that I also live in. And the eclipse website is asking me to get a notarized affidavit stating that one unit is being occupied by me. I just started being a landlord 2yrs ago and I don't remember having to do that when I renewed the rental license last year.
Is this a new requirement or am I missing something?
Also do I need to get a new certificate of rental suitability everytime I renew a lease?
Thank you for your help

It appears so. If you have four units, but occupy one of them, they want evidence that you're living in the fourth unit and not hiding a rental from them.
