I do not want lazy employees looking to make a living and do the least work possible for a job.I am looking for those that want to put in the hard work and excel to have the chance at making a possible extraordinary life for themselves.It's just human nature lots of times if someone made 50k salary and had a chance for a 15k bonus if it was hard to make the 15k many would say forget it I have enough to live on the 50k.It's hard to find the potential diamond employees or workers among the duds.

Pretty straight forward system.Yes, you can build up rewards pretty quickly, especially the bonuses. 

Its a big bonus if your property meets all the zoning regs right off the bat!
