Promoting Real Estate without a Real Estate License in PA

My friend in PA wants me to help him sell his house for a referral bonus and I am NOT a realtor or agent, (He lacks writing skills and internet skills as well as photography skills.) Basically I would make flyers (to post on bulletin boards and distribute to neighbors) and online postings and have people call me on my number as "his secretary/ assistant." Then I would pass the person onto him, the owner. I would clear all advertising material with him and interested buyers would talk to me for two seconds on the phone but talk to my friend John (the owner of the house) about all the details. John would also tour them through the house and sign the contracts. John is self employed as a landlord so he has a flexible schedule.
Is this legally allowed? Thanks for your help.
