Hi @Dick Rosen,  we also were using QuickBooks and are just in the implementation stage with PW and very unhappy with custom service and are considering moving to Appfolio before investing more time and energy.

If they believe that they need to get more on the sale, then explain what has to be done to achieve that (ie market prep, repairs, showings, staging, etc) and especially that there will be more time involved in order to get the higher price.
