If I go forward with it, I personally am seriously debating quitting my 9-5 (don't make much and) after 2 years and using this money of my own and working with other partners who can fork up around the same amount to get into development or reno/flip on a full-time basis for the next 15-20 years.Its a brand new new multi-townhouse development.
