My boyfriend and I bought our apartment in Hoboken and did a beautiful renovation to sell soon for a nice profit (we are 23 and 24).

There's more to it than what they lead you to believe.The beauty in bird dogging is that you will earn while you learn with no risk.

I'm the husband of the most beautiful woman in the world and the father of soon to be 3 awesome children.  

The answer could be Yes, Maybe, Sure....The real beauty of it really is though that you have options isn't it.At this point we are now looking to move away from residential and get into the holy grail of commercial real estate.

I have been in the beauty industry for 20 + years and it's time to join/start a second career in something that I can honestly say it's a second passion... if not my first passion

This morning, as I walked out of the door on the way to my 9-5, the feeling in my gut that I felt as I walked away from my adorable little girl and beautiful wife who are my world, not to mention our loyal and loving canine children, who were all looking at me with their sweet eyes as if to say, "Call in today, Dad, stay home with us", I was reminded why I am doing this whole real-estate investing thing.

Like you, we have some beautiful and very ornate buildings that have gone into disrepair.
