New southeast Florida Investor

I am currently a Real Estate Agent in New York and New Jersey. My boyfriend and I bought our apartment in Hoboken and did a beautiful renovation to sell soon for a nice profit (we are 23 and 24). He works in Real Estate Acquisitions in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens.

My dad comes from a history of Real Estate investing but has fallen out of it and is now looking to get back in with me and my boyfriend. The market up here is a bit too crazy for new investors so I am coming down to southeast Florida area to begin learning about the market, see some properties and get my RE License (online). We are looking to fix and flip and would love any recommendations for agents, lenders, houses and advice! Thanks!
