What's Your MOTIVATION?

This morning, as I walked out of the door on the way to my 9-5, the feeling in my gut that I felt as I walked away from my adorable little girl and beautiful wife who are my world, not to mention our loyal and loving canine children, who were all looking at me with their sweet eyes as if to say, "Call in today, Dad, stay home with us", I was reminded why I am doing this whole real-estate investing thing. The wealth and cash flow that I am building over time are great, but ONLY matter to the extent that they allow me to spend more quality time enjoying life with my family. That's my motivation. Just wanted to put this out there to see what everyone else's motivations are.

As a wise man to whom I listen on a relatively-well-known podcast always says, "It's not the money, it's the lifestyle".
