brand new to invest worldi just recently turned 30 years old i currently work multiple jobs..i have a steady income and am currently getting my credit back into shape..what are some options for first time investments or flips..i was thinkinf of buying a property and renting it out pr flipping it just to get started i have been very indecisive..any suggestions would be helpful and thank you..i live in hampton roads area in Virginia Beach VA

Plus, borrower has to pay annual premium every year depending on the amount of equity they have on the loan (More equity, less premium).But, then again, there is the benefit of the flexibility of renting as well.Some of them don't have a steady job, in between jobs, etc.
