hello, BP folks, I'm new to the US RE market and lives in bay area. I'm seeking investment property in USA especially on the multifamily for buy and hold to get steady long term cash flow. I currently have a primary residence with some equity built up in the past few years. I would like to: - build up relationship with RE investors here at BP community - looking for investment partners - advise on how to get the funding to start 1st MF investment with no money out of pocket: - is 100% hard lending fund a good suggestion? but it's hard for new comer like me to get that and also at good rate offering - if I leverage the equity from my primary residence to come up with down payment, can I still get mortgage. - looking for opportunities with good cash flow in the country thanks again and welcome all advise! looking forward to connect with BP folks soon!
