It is one thing to put your cash flow back into paying off the principal sooner but then there goes your savings to take advantage of the Market Down Turn.

Start now, sooner the better.

@Dmitriy Fomichenkothanks - in fact - that is one of the questions she asked me on the interview - "what do i see as my biggest mistake in investing" and my answer was "not connecting with other investors sooner and trying to do it on my own."

With MLS access you can see properties sooner and get comps easier but there are websites like Oahure.com that offer almost the same value.

Is there anyway or any lenders who we can refinance sooner?

That's a little disheartening for me because I'd rather cash out of the property sooner than refinance every 5 years or so (if the value doesn't plunge).
