I have been following some of the forum posts and listening to some podcasts. I wish I would have found this site sooner. A little about myself. I have owned rental properties and have successfully flipped a couple houses over the last 15 years. I do not have a huge portfolio though. I currently own 3 side by side duplexes that I self manage. My goal is to ramp up my holdings over the next 10 years. I plan to buy 1 per year for 10 years. I would also like to do one flip per year. I currently work fulltime in project management and I am looking for a way to leverage my skills in the real estate world to advance my knowledge of real estate investing. I think this site will be an outstanding place to help me pursue my goals.
