There's a 101 ways a PM can get in an out of state investor's pocket, so you'll have to weed those out.Me, I'd never go there, I know I can or could and that many do, but I've been around too much to know it's simply an additional risk, something that often is out of my control and that issues can arise simply because I can't get there in some emergency.......and I'm not earning any more there than I could, usually, in my own backyard.
